ActivATE™ Software Development Kit (SDK)

The Software Development Kit (SDK) helps ATE engineers use Microsoft Visual Studio® 2005 to develop custom instrument drivers that drop directly into the ActivATE™ test environment. The SDK installs several templates that give a framework for various new tools and drivers.
